Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.'s aim is to provide workable quality equipment and excellence in service to all customers, and to build long term relationships with customers on the
basis of their satisfaction with our performance and support. Liaison with customers
at all stages of a project is essential. The up front liaison prior to commencement of
a development or installation is critical to success. Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.
develops a close working relationship to understand the requirements of the customer
in detail and to reach agreement on the scope and specification of the project.

Systems Analysis
Prior to any development or installation commencing, a detailed survey and system
requirements study is carried out in close consultation with the customer or his
representatives. Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.’s staff obtains a comprehensive
understanding of all relevant aspects of the way the customer operates, to avoid
any subsequent misunderstanding.

Functional Specification
During and following the systems analysis phase, a specification is produced. This
specification is then translated into a functional proposal and signed by both parties,
it then becomes the basis for all work on the project.

Technical and Operational Consultation
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has developed good knowledge of operations, practices,
and constraints which apply to a number of industry sectors. It is able to supply that
broad knowledge, with the expertise of specifying and designing a solution for the
customer which meets his requirements, is cost-effective, and can be implemented
with currently available products and technology.

Concept Design
Besides meeting specific customer requirements, Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. is
able to work with a customer to propose and define new concepts and ways of
operation, and to apply new perspectives to traditional safety and security problems.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

System Survey
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has staff who are capable surveyors and designers
which allow the company to undertake large system development and system
integration work in-house.

Hardware Design
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.’s hardware design covers a wide range of areas of
expertise, including development for Central Control Stations, Security Control
Rooms, CCTV towers for industrial use and a wide range of other applications.

Software Design
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.'s software design covers Intelligent Building System
software design and various other designs as well as customer made access control
software. During software development, standards and procedures are applied
consistent with the achievement of quality of objectives and deliverable end product.

System Design
Through its internal expertise and by use of a pool of available contractors, Master
Safety Enterprises Ltd. is able to provide design services in the area of simple and
more complex installation specification requirements. Residential designs are tailored
to those organizations with housing projects or done on a one-off basis.

Commercial Design
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. surveys and designs systems for all types of commercial
and institutional properties from basic to sophisticated, depending on the project. Ultra
high security projects such as banks, gold mints, credit card manufacturers
and embassies have successfully been carried out, inside and outside the national
borders of Thailand.

Industrial Design
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has designed systems for several large industrial
complexes such as refineries and automobile plants etc.  Sophisticated systems have been installed and are operating smoothly with 100% operational efficiency.

SUPPORT SERVICES
Installation
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has developed considerable expertise in installing
systems to meet the particular requirements of many areas of business such as:

- Site surveys to determine exact installation requirements in advance.
- Presentation of survey documents.
- Site preparation.
- Cabling and connections of equipment to local and/or British Standards.
- On-site customer familiarization and training on systems.
- Site acceptance and hand over documents to the customer.

Training
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has developed expertise in training staff of customer
organizations. Full functional and technical training can be planned and delivered to
fit in with delivery and installation schedules.

Warrantee
Equipment supplied by Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. is normally warranted for a
period of twelve months from the commissioning date. Extended warrantee options
are available, whereby full warranty coverage is extended to two or three years by
signing a warrantee service contract and payment of a warranty extension fee.

Maintenance
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. is able to provide maintenance support for systems
installed. In general, a maintenance contract will be signed, detailing the services to
be provided and response times expected. Technical resources required to support
installed systems will be provided by Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. to meet its
maintenance commitments.

Technical Support
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd.’s development staff are available during installation,
testing and commissioning stages of a project for on site technical support.

Drawings
Master Safety Enterprises Ltd. has produced drawings to meet exacting requirements
of a number of organizations, such as: government organizations, multi-national
corporations and international organizations as well as the private sector such as
large scale property developers. In house and sub contracted CAD facilities allow
speedy production and amendment of drawings.

System builds on this existing commitment to quality. All equipment designed and
